Fort Henry National Historic Site will be open with free admission during March of the Museums. Guests are welcome to explore the Fort including many of the museum rooms. Guests will be greeted by a Fort Henry Guard member and provided a self-guided map of the Fort.

A variety of 1867-inspired activities will be available for children indoors and hot chocolate will be available for purchase.

Dive deeper into exhibit content with our hands-on, interactive, activity stations. Learn how historians read old photographs, discover the simple machines hidden in plain sight, or play a game of “guess the artifact”.(*Station activities vary daily).
