A team of twenty-two talented artists, designers and gardeners have been working to create vivid floral interpretations of selected works of art in the spring exhibitions. The results will be on view at the Agnes, adjacent to the artworks that inspired them, for just a few days in May. The big reveal takes place on the evening of 12 May at a Gala Art-in-Bloom Reception; tickets for this event are $35. Book yours now by calling (613) 533.2190. This special evening will feature refreshments by Epicurious Catering and the interpreters will be on hand to discuss their inspiration.The floral displays will remain on view 13 to 15 May. The People’s Choice winner will be announced at 3 pm on 15 May in the Atrium.This fundraising initiative aims to support Agnes outreach programs for Kingston youth and for new arrivals in the city, ArtZone and Agnes Connects respectively.
