To assist our members in achieving their personal and professional learning goals, KAM is developing a Personal Learning and Development Matrix.
This framework deals in creative learning capacities. It is a tool for self-reflection and self-assessment. It is intended to help benchmark members’ personal learning and development, and to help map areas for ongoing or further development.
